These terms cover your use of the baseDNA website (www.basedna.com.au) and our online quoting system (app.basedna.com.au). baseDNA is run by Crosstalk Studios, whose ABN is 25 274 596 671.

Information on the website

The website gives general information about our services. It isn’t a quote or an offer. Prices, specifications and timeframes for your job are only those set out in a written quote from us.

Quote requests

When you send a quote request, please give accurate details so we can contact you and understand the job. Sending a request doesn’t commit you or us to anything.

Online quotes

• Each quote is sent to you as a private link. Please don’t share it with people who aren’t involved in the job.
• A quote is valid until the date shown on it. After that, ask us for an updated one.
• Accepting a quote online, by typing your name and ticking the box, means you agree to that quote and to our client agreement shown with it. The client agreement governs your website, app and monthly plan, including the setup fee, the minimum term, your data and what happens if you leave. If these terms and those differ, those govern the work.
• If we send an updated quote, earlier versions can no longer be accepted.

Dates and timing

Dates on a quote are our best estimate and depend on getting your details, photos and account access. If anything moves, we’ll tell you as early as we can.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the website or quoting system. That includes trying to access parts of them that aren’t meant for you, interfering with how they work, or sending spam through the forms.

Our content

The text, logo, images and design on the website belong to baseDNA. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Liability

We work to keep the website and quoting system available and accurate, but we can’t guarantee they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
