Prices are in Australian dollars, excluding GST. Most trade businesses fit Core.

What the monthly plan covers
Hosting for your website and app, database, private photo storage and email sending; security updates, backups and uptime checks; every improvement made to the shared engine, automatically; support by email, text or a call; and small content changes (prices, photos, wording) within a few days. Plus includes up to 2 hours of changes or new pages each month. Bigger changes are $120 an hour, quoted before any work starts.
Card payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe's standard fee; baseDNA takes nothing from them. Ask for your free preview and see it working before you decide.
Common questions
Is there a lock-in contract?
The monthly plan starts at launch with a six-month minimum, then it's month to month with 30 days' notice.
How do I pay the setup fee?
Half to start and half at launch.
What if I leave?
You get a full export of your customers, jobs, quotes and receipts, your photos, and your website as a standalone site. Your domain and accounts are already yours.
